AMN - COTE D’IVOIRE: Samples confirm Bodite anomalies

Infill soil sampling has confirmed the presence of significant gold in soil anomalies at IronRidge Resources’ Bodite Gold Project in Cote D’Ivoire. There were multiple greater than 50ppb and up to 3.9 g/t gold results.

A total of 112 line kilometres was traversed and 1510 soil samples collected at 50 metre spacing along the infill lines. The program represents the follow-up of targets identified within the initial 400 metre spaced soil sampling program announced on June 7, 2017.

These samples, including QA/QC samples, were collected over the project area and submitted for fire assay. Infill soil sampling has further enhanced five broad anomalous target zones with the most significant being the Central Target Zone

This anomalous target zone covers 3km strike length and seven higher tenor >50ppb up to 3.9g/t gold anomalies over 400 metres to 1km strike occur within the target.

IronRidge says the anomalies occur within favourable structural settings providing additional confidence in their significance.

Further soil anomalies defined along strike from the Central Zone warrant follow-up. Trenching and detailed infill auger follow-up planning, including community consultation, is now under way to test the highest-priority soil anomalies prior to potential drill planning.
