Gold developer West African Resources has reported further high-grade RC results from the M1 prospect, at its 100%-owned Tanlouka gold project in Burkina Faso.
Highlights:
• Further high-grade results at M1 South: 3 metres at 16.5 grams/tonne gold from 32 metres, 23 metres at 1.9 grams/tonne gold from 8 metres and 10 metres at 2.5 grams/tonne gold from 19 metres
• Shallow RC completes resource drilling for current resource update, will upgrade material from Inferred to Indicated category
• New results to be included in resource update in the first quarter of this year
• Feasibility study on track for first quarter this year
• A$18.2 million cash at bank and no debt.
